            Oral Administration

            Powder for dissolution: Drink at least 8 ounces of liquid with each dose; mix in a glass of water or juice

            Capsule: Swallow 1 capsule at a time; for ≥1 dose, divide throughout the day

            Separate dose by at least 2 hr from other drug therapies
