Recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF); dimeric recombinant fusion protein consists of 2 G-CSF molecules at the N-terminal of IgG2-Fc fragments
Elicits immunomodulating and hematopoietic activities by binding to the cell surface G-CSF receptors (G-CSFRs) and inducing receptor dimerization and activation of signaling cascades (eg, Jak-STAT, mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways); this stimulates neutrophil progenitor proliferation and differentiation
