• Glenn Eiger, MD, Program Director and Associate Chairman, Internal Medicine, Albert Einstein Medical Center
  His areas of expertise include pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. Dr. Eiger is the executive coordinator of Albert Einstein's partnership efforts on the Medscape Reference. His residency group will contribute content for Case of the Week on Medscape.
• Eric Bloom, MD, Division Chairman and Program Director, Nephrology, Albert Einstein Medical Center
  He specializes in treating patients before and after kidney transplantation. Dr. Bloom will contribute his clinical expertise in nephrology to the Medscape Reference.
• Lawrence Brent, MD, Chair, Program Director, Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, Albert Einstein Medical Center
  His areas of interest include systemic lupus erythematosus, spondyloarthropathies, idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, and pediatric rheumatology. Dr. Brent has authored several topics on the Medscape Reference covering ankylosing spondylitis and lupus nephritis.
• Arthur Chernoff, MD, FACE, Chair, Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Senior Attending Physician, Albert Einstein Medical Center
  Dr. Chernoff is a fellow of the American College of Endocrinology and has been involved in both basic and clinical research.
  He will contribute to the Medscape Reference in the areas of arteriosclerosis, diabetes and thyroid disease.
• Philip Katz, MD, Division Chairman and Program Director, Gastroenterology, Albert Einstein Medical Center
  Dr. Katz is a nationally recognized expert in esophageal disorders. His research interests include all aspects of gastroesophageal reflux disease, including nocturnal recovery of gastric acid secretion during proton pump inhibitor therapy and esophageal pain perception. Dr Katz will contribute to the Medscape Reference in the areas of gastroenterology-related topics.
