#9 Clinical Trend: Methanol Poisoning
After the recent Ebola outbreak, any potential spread of the disease is being closely watched. A series of 18 deaths in Nigeria was originally believed to be due to Ebola but was actually found to be methanol poisoning, stemming from consumption of a local gin called “ogogoro.”
