According to NOD, absolute contraindications in deceased donors include:
Age >75 years
Alzheimer disease
Cancer
Chronic organ failure
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease
Transmissible diseases for which the recipient tests negative
Uncontrolled infections
Relative contraindications include:
Age ≥60 for the heart, ≥45 years for the pancreas
Diabetes mellitus
Hypertension
