A comprehensive literature review of brain metastasis in brain cancer found that the most common symptoms included headache (35%), vomiting (26%), nausea (23%), hemiparesis (22%), visual changes (13%), and seizures (12%). Other symptoms associated with brain metastasis in brain cancer include:
Weakness
Numbness
Dizziness/balance problems
Tingling in extremities
Loss of balance
Personality changes, behavior changes, mood changes, impaired judgement
Stroke
Fatigue
Confusion
