  • Oral tyrosine kinase inhibitors (eg, sunitinib, imatinib)

  • Bexarotene

  • Perchlorate

  • Interleukin-2

  • Ethionamide

  • Rifampin

  • Phenytoin

  • Carbamazepine

  • Phenobarbital

  • Aminoglutethimide

  • Sulfisoxazole

  • Para-aminosalicylic acid

  • Ipilimumab
