Symptoms of M genitalium in women may include dysuria or the symptoms of PID, including abdominal pain and dyspareunia. Women may also experience vaginal discharge.
In men, the chief symptoms of M genitalium are urethritis, dysuria, and penile discharge, though most men (and women) are asymptomatic.
