HALP is generally considered a fortuitous condition that reduces cardiovascular disease risk. Most patients with HALP are asymptomatic and have no significant physical findings. Juvenile corneal opacification is a rare manifestation of HALP. Other signs and symptoms of HALP include multiple systemic or symmetric lipomatosis.
