Prostate cancer is the most common noncutaneous cancer among men. Staging of prostate cancer is based on these criteria: the extent of the primary tumor (T category); whether the cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes (N category); the absence or presence of distant metastasis (M category); the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level at the time of diagnosis; and the Grade Group (based on the Gleason Score), which relies on prostate biopsy, or in some cases, surgery.

How familiar are you with the diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer? Test your knowledge with this quick quiz.
