Delayed growth in children and pubertal delay are two of the hallmark signs of Crohn disease and may precede clinical signs and symptoms. Other classic symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, anemia, and recurrent fistulas. Some patients may have fever or weight loss upon presentation.
