Bradycardia
Cold extremities
Postural hypotension
Depression
Nausea
Dreaming
Drowsiness
Diarrhea

Lethargy
Lightheadedness
Vertigo
Dyspnea
2 °/3 ° atrioventricular block
Hypotension
Severe congestive heart failure
Sick sinus syndrome
Cognitive symptoms such as disorientation, emotional lability, and short-term memory impairment
Purpura, rashes
Thrombocytopenia
Elevated serum hepatic enzymes and bilirubin
Impotence, Peyronie disease
Antinuclear antibodies, lupus syndrome
Visual disturbances, xerophthalmia
