Lymphadenopathy is the most common symptom of MCL and is present in approximately 75% of patients at diagnosis. Similar to other lymphoproliferative diseases, fever, night sweats, and weight loss may be present in up 40% of patients.

Shortness of breath and pruritis are generally not associated with MCL.
