Rapid Review Quiz: Sleep and Dementia

A recent systematic review investigated the effects of music on sleep outcomes among people with dementia. Positive effects of music on sleep outcomes were observed in six out of the eight studies (75%). Specifically, researchers observed increases in daytime alertness, decreases in nighttime sleep disturbances, and improvements in sleep quality.
