Adverse effects reported for ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir (Paxlovid) include dysgeusia as well as diarrhea, hypertension, and myalgia. Other patient experiences with Paxlovid include immune system disorders (eg, hypersensitivity reactions), gastrointestinal disorders (eg, abdominal pain, nausea), and administrative site conditions (eg, malaise).
