At least 150 minutes per week of accumulated moderate-intensity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity (or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous activity) is recommended for ASCVD risk reduction in adults. For most adults, a gradually increasing benefit is found in more physical activity rather than an absolute minimum level to achieve a benefit.
