The side effects of mRNA vaccines are similar to the side effects caused by COVID-19 but are typically milder and more manageable. The most commonly reported side effects in COVID-19 vaccine recipients were pain at the site of injection, fatigue and drowsiness, and headache, followed by joint and muscle pain.
