Multiple sclerosis (MS) is diagnosed on the basis of clinical, imaging, and laboratory findings; however, patients are often misdiagnosed owing to the heterogeneity of disease presentation and variation in clinical course. Several potential biomarkers of MS have been identified and are currently under investigation.

Are you up to date on the latest research on biomarkers for MS? Test your knowledge with this quick quiz.
